Memorials and Honorariums
Komen Tyler's memorial and honorarium program allows donors to remember a loved one's life, celebrate a special occasion (birthday, anniversary, wedding, etc.) or recognized the courage of a friend or relative who is fighting breast cancer by making a donation in the person's name. A personalized tribute card is sent to the person or family indicated, notifying them of the thoughtful donation but not revealing the amount. Each gift is tax-deductible to the extent of the law, and each donor receives an acknowledgement for the donation.

1. Your name and address
2. The purpose of the donation (In honor, in celebration, in memory)
3. The name and address of the person to who you would like the gift acknowledgement sent

Don’t forget to contact your company’s Human Resources Department to see if your employer has a matching gift program. These additional dollars will help advance breast cancer research, education, screening and treatment.
